District collector reveals how seat belt saved him during major accident in Kerala

A District Collector from Kerala Prem Krishnan S said he escaped serious injuries as he was wearing a seat belt when his vehicle met with an accident. A car rammed into his vehicle near Konni, flipping it over. Krishnan said he was seated in the back and wearing seat belt, which prevented him from getting thrown around inside the car.
