Divyanshi, who threatened suicide, excluded from Asiad squad over injury, says Wushu Association

Eighteen-year-old wushu player Divyanshi Chaudhary was excluded from the Asian Games squad after an MRI revealed a partial, high-grade ACL tear in her knee, Wushu Association of India (WAI) revealed. WAI replaced her with Naorem Roshibina Devi, with doctors advising rest, rehabilitation and surgery. Divyanshi had earlier broken down on a hostel roof and allegedly threatened to die by suicide.
