Dixon, Vivo form JV to manufacture smartphones in India

Vivo Mobile India and Dixon Technologies have formed a joint venture, with Dixon holding a 51% stake and Vivo owning 49%. The entity will manufacture smartphones and other electronic devices, primarily for Vivo, while also exploring production for other brands. The partnership aims to expand local manufacturing, strengthen supply chains and boost India's electronics exports.
