Twenty-four-time Grand Slam champion Novak Djokovic was knocked out of the Cincinnati Open 2026 after losing 2-6, 6-4, 6-4 to Argentina's Thiago Agustin Tirante. Djokovic struggled with the heat and humidity during the match, which lasted two hours and 45 minutes and also included a medical timeout. Tirante, ranked 50th in the world, secured the biggest win of his career.
