Twenty four-time Grand Slam champion Novak Djokovic revealed that an undisclosed health issue has affected him for years and becomes more troublesome in hot and humid conditions. The 39-year-old required medical treatment during his Cincinnati Open defeat to Thiago Tirante on Saturday. Djokovic, who lost 2-6, 6-4, 6-4, previously said he hopes to continue playing until 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.
