DMK-Congress is a 'confused alliance': TVK chief Vijay

TVK chief Vijay on Saturday termed the DMK and Congress association a "confused alliance" ahead of the Tamil Nadu and Puducherry elections. "The NR Congress-BJP tie-up is an 'exhausted one'...why hasn't this alliance granted statehood to Puducherry?" Vijay said. He added that TVK would make a "100% effort" to secure full statehood for Puducherry legally if voted to power.
