DMK MLA arrested over 'defamatory' remarks against TN CM Vijay

DMK MLA Anitha R Radhakrishnan was arrested on Friday after the Madras High Court rejected his anticipatory bail plea in a case over his alleged defamatory remarks against TVK chief and Tamil Nadu CM Vijay. Police detained the former Tamil Nadu minister soon after the court's order. He allegedly made the remarks during a speech on June 20.
