DMK MPs wear black clothes in Parliament, PM says it works as ‘kala tika’

PM Narendra Modi took a swipe at Opposition members, particularly from the DMK, who wore black outfits in Parliament in protest during the Women's Reservation Bill discussion. He said, "When we do any work here...we hope it doesn't attract the evil eye...I thank you for putting a 'kala tika' to protect it." DMK wore the attire to oppose delimitation exercise.
