DMK's 21 party workers dead over 'shock' of Karunanidhi's illness

The DMK on Wednesday said that 21 of its party workers have died as they were unable to bear the 'shock' of party Chief M Karunanidhi's illness. DMK's working President M K Stalin said he was grieved by such deaths and conveyed his condolences. Karunanidhi continues to be under intensive care for the fifth consecutive day at Chennai's Kauvery Hospital.
