DNA tests could be conducted to identify newborn babies killed in UP hospital fire

Uttar Pradesh Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak has said if needed DNA tests would be conducted to identify three of the ten newborn babies who were killed after a fire broke out at NICU in Jhansi Medical College. He said seven newborn babies have been identified. "A helpline number will be established for the missing newborns," he added.
