Do not cause inconvenience to people: Supreme Court to protesting farmers

The Supreme Court on Monday asked farm leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal to persuade protesting farmers to not cause inconvenience to the general public. He is sitting on a fast-upto-death at the Khanauri border to press for several demands. "In a democratic setup, you can engage in peaceful protests but don't cause inconvenience to people," SC remarked.
