Do right even when no one is watching: Air India CEO after pilot tests +ve for marijuana

Air India's outgoing CEO Campbell Wilson urged employees to build a culture of trust and "do the right thing even when no one is watching", The Indian Express reported, citing sources. He encouraged staff to voluntarily report wrongdoing. His remarks came after the pilot of the August 4 Phuket-Delhi flight, which suddenly dipped 300 ft, tested positive for marijuana.
