Doctor explains how dirty phones are

Contaminated phone screens can increase the risk of food poisoning, diarrhoea, nausea and vomiting, gastroenterologist Dr Saswata Chatterjee said, while noting how research shows they've more bacteria than a "toilet seat". He claimed this contamination increases during summer and monsoon. He advised people to not use phones while eating and use alcohol-based wipes to clean them.
