Doctor says Pune 5-star hotel provided used amenities, accuses manager of rude behaviour

A doctor staying at a Pune 5-star hotel shared her poor experience of the stay. She shared that her room was changed "without prior intimation". Later, after returning from spa, she opened a "sealed comb package and found a comb that looked used". Further, she said she raised her concerns with general manager and found his behaviour "rude and dismissive."
