Doctors protesting against Kolkata rape-murder partially resume duties after 42 days

Junior doctors partially resumed duties in various state government-run hospitals in West Bengal on Saturday, after 42 days. The doctors were on 'cease work' to protest against the rape and murder of a 31-year-old doctor at RG Kar Medical College and Hospital. While they have rejoined duties in essential and emergency services, they are yet to rejoin OPD services.
