Doctors remove 1.5 kg ball of hair from woman's stomach

A ball of hair weighing 1.5 kg was removed from a 25-year-old woman's stomach after a three-hour-long surgery at a government hospital in Indore on Monday. She had suffered from a mental disorder leading her to tear out and chew her hair. The hair would have caused a serious medical problem if it had not been removed, the doctor said.
