Doctors use phone torches to treat accident victims in K'taka

Doctors at a newly established Community Health Centre in Devarahipparagi, Karnataka, treated accident victims using mobile phone torches after a power outage plunged the facility into darkness. The injured were brought in for primary treatment following a major road accident on Indi road. Despite being built at a cost of ₹8.3 crore, the facility lacks a reliable power supply, sparking outrage.
