Does Congress support NC's promise of separate flag for J&K?: Shah

Union Home Minister Amit Shah criticised the Congress over its alliance with the National Conference (NC) for the upcoming Jammu and Kashmir Assembly polls. He said, "Congress...has once again exposed its ulterior motives by allying with the Abdullah family's 'National Conference'."
