Dog bites child in Ghaziabad society's lift as its owner looks on, video surfaces

A CCTV footage of an incident where a woman's pet dog bites a child in the elevator of a housing society in Uttar Pradesh's Ghaziabad as the woman looks on and does nothing has surfaced online. In the video, the child is seen rubbing the injured area in pain. The child's parents registered a police complaint regarding the incident.
