Dog seen carrying human head in its mouth in Mexico

A dog was spotted carrying a human head in its mouth in a town in the Mexican state of Zacatecas. The police eventually managed to wrest the head away from the dog, officials said. The head and other body parts were dumped in an ATM booth late on Wednesday with a message referring to a drug cartel, an official said.
