Dogecoin jumps over 100% to record high after Elon Musk tweets

Dogecoin, a meme-inspired cryptocurrency, soared more than 100% in 24 hours to hit an all-time high of nearly 30 cents. The record-breaking rally came after Tesla CEO Elon Musk shared a painting by Spanish artist Joan Miró and tweeted, "Doge barking at the moon." The virtual currency has surged over 5,000% so far since the start of 2021.
