A video showing a dog-like robot making COVID-19 announcements on an empty street in China's Shanghai amid lockdown is going viral on social media. Shanghai, which has a population of over 26 million, launched a planned two-stage lockdown on Monday, closing bridges and tunnels and restricting highway traffic to contain surging cases of COVID-19.
