Domestic helps allowed to travel and work in Mumbai amid new restrictions

Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) chief IS Chahal has clarified that domestic helps would be allowed to travel and work after new COVID-19 restrictions were announced by Maharashtra government on Tuesday. Prohibitory orders under Section 144 will be imposed in Maharashtra from 8:00 pm on Wednesday and will remain in force until May 1.
