Domestic LPG illegally used in K'taka hotels, 46 cylinders seized

Authorities seized 46 domestic LPG cylinders being used in commercial establishments, including hotels, in Karnataka's Yadgiri. The raids were conducted by the state's Food and Civil Supplies department. Separately, two black marketers were detained in Tamil Nadu's Madurai for hoarding 398 subsidised and commercial LPG cylinders. This comes amid a shortage triggered by the Middle East war.
