Don't make us open our mouth: SC as it rejects ex-Punjab DIG plea over CBI probe

The Supreme Court on Friday refused to hear jailed Punjab DIG Harcharan Singh Bhullar's interim relief petition seeking a stay on CBI investigations in two FIRs alleging disproportionate assets. CJI Surya Kant warned Bhullar's lawyer, saying, "Better don't make us open our mouth, and invite observations from us." Earlier, the Punjab and Haryana High Court had seized the petition.
