Don't spoil Rahul's name: Kharge warns K'taka govt on caste census

Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge cautioned Karnataka government against mishandling the caste census report and ongoing survey on Scheduled Caste (SC) sub-castes. Kharge said any misstep could damage Congress' credibility and tarnish party leader Rahul Gandhi's name. Caste census was held in Karnataka between 2015-17, during Siddaramaiah's previous term as CM, and its report is now under review.
