Don't think it's panic situation: Raghuram Rajan on rupee at 95.50
Former RBI Governor Raghuram Rajan, who now serves on a task force examining US central bank, said the rupee has held up better than some feared. "I don't think the currency is that far out of whack...I don't think it's a panic situation," Rajan said. The currency, currently at 95.50, was at 97 in May before RBI undertook capital-raising measures.
