Donald Trump meets Syria's interim President Ahmed al-Sharaa

US President Donald Trump met Syria's interim President, Ahmed al-Sharaa, in Saudi Arabia on Wednesday. This is the first meeting between a US President and a Syrian leader in 25 years, Russia Today said. Earlier, Trump had announced on Tuesday that US will lift all sanctions on Syria. Saudi's Crown Prince, Mohammed bin Salman was also present during the meeting.
