Don't be a fool: Trump to Turkish President over Syria offensive

In a letter written to his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, US President Donald Trump told him not to "be a fool" over the military offensive in Syria. "You don't want to be responsible for slaughtering thousands of people, and I don't want to be responsible for destroying Turkish economy – and I will," Trump warned Erdoğan in the letter.
