Don't come to work if you're not happy: Company in China on 10-day 'unhappy leaves'

A Chinese firm has offered 10 days of paid 'unhappy leaves' to its employees, with the company's Founder Yu Donglai telling his employees, "Everyone has times when they're not happy, so if you're not happy, do not come to work." Retail chain Pang Dong Lai's employees have been offered the leaves. "This leave cannot be denied by management," said Yu.
