Don't go to Pakistan for higher education; those degrees not valid in India: UGC

University Grants Commission and All India Council for Technical Education have advised students to not travel to Pakistan for higher education, saying those degrees will not be valid in India. "Migrants and their children who have acquired a higher education degree in Pakistan and have been awarded citizenship by India would be eligible for seeking employment in India," they said.
