Don't kill 2nd accused in encounter: Father of 2 boys killed by barber in UP

The father of the two minor children, killed by a barber named Sajid, urged police to not kill the second accused Javed in encounter in Uttar Pradesh's Budaun. Sajid was killed by police in encounter after he committed the crime. The father said Javed should be questioned to ascertain if his children were killed as part of a conspiracy.
