Don’t pay your bills online this month: BESCOM tells B'luru residents

Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited (BESCOM) has asked its consumers in the city to pay their bills manually this month instead of paying them online. The digital payment gateway of BESCOM developed technical glitches, following which many consumers were shown a higher amount than the original bill. BESCOM assured residents that the issue would be resolved at the earliest.
