Don't play dirty games: SC attaches Amrapali's properties

The Supreme Court on Wednesday pulled up Amrapali Group for playing "fraud" and "dirty games" with the court and ordered the attachment of bank accounts and movable properties of 40 subsidiary companies. The group is yet to hand over possession of flats to around 42,000 homebuyers. The court also ordered freezing of bank accounts and personal properties of all directors.
