Don't use 'My Lord' while addressing judges: Rajasthan HC to lawyers

Rajasthan High Court has asked lawyers to stop addressing judges as "My lord" and "Your Lordship" in order to "honour the mandate of equality enshrined in the Constitution". A bench of justices in 2014 had observed that it wasn't compulsory to call judges "My Lord", "Your Lordship" or "Your Honour". "We only say address us respectfully," the bench had said.
