Doru Isac appointed Indian football team's technical director

Romania's Doru Isac has replaced Savio Medeira as the new technical director of the Indian football team. Savio Medeira had been serving as the technical director since Scott O'Donnell resigned from the post. Notably, Scott had applied for the position again but was rejected by the All India Football Federation.
