Dow futures slip as Oracle earnings offset Fed optimism

US futures fell on Thursday as Oracle's weak earnings and rising AI capex pressured markets, offsetting momentum from the US Federal Reserve 25-bps rate cut. Dow futures slipped 0.18% and S&P 500 futures dropped 0.54%. Asian markets also closed lower. Broadcom, Costco, and Lululemon will report results later in the day.
