DP World, Cochin Shipyard partner to boost ship repair industry

Drydocks World, a DP World company, and Cochin Shipyard have signed a joint venture to operate and expand the International Ship Repair Facility Cochin. Under this they will explore opportunities for collaboration in ship repair and allied maritime services. Drydocks World and Cochin Shipyard will each hold a 50% stake, with initial capital funded through equity contributions from both parties.
