Dr Priya Selvaraj, legendary actor Gemini Ganesan's granddaughter, climbed Mount Everest at the age of 52. "I was 48 years old and was stepping into the world of trekking...It was a life-altering experience, and from then on, every year the aim was to climb higher," Dr Priya said, adding, "I climb for discipline, for lessons, and for the reverence."
