Dr Reddy Laboratories announces stock split and JV with Nestle

Dr Reddy Laboratories will hold a board meeting to discuss a proposed stock split. Additionally, the company recently entered into a joint venture (JV) with Nestle to create new entity, Dr. Reddy’s and Nestle Health Science aimed at promoting good health and making high-quality products.
