5 or more cups of coffee daily linked to lower liver risk: Study
Drinking up to five cups of coffee a day may be linked to a lower risk of liver disease, liver cancer and liver-related death, according to a new study. Researchers found that people consuming five or more cups daily had lower risks of cirrhosis and liver-related death compared with non-coffee drinkers. Experts said the findings show an association, not proof that coffee prevents liver disease.
