Drone delivery tests in India by Dunzo, Throttle get DGCA's approval

India's civil aviation authority DGCA has approved Google-backed hyperlocal delivery startup Dunzo and Bengaluru-based drone maker Throttle Aerospace Systems to test autonomous drones. The tests, expected to begin in 2020, will measure the safety of the solution and will be carried out outside of Bengaluru. The experiment is a part of DGCA's programme to test drone-based deliveries in India.
