Drone sighting temporarily shuts down runways at New York airport

Runways at New York's Stewart International Airport were temporarily shut down on Friday reportedly after a drone sighting in the area. The drone was seen around 9.40 pm, prompting the authorities to close the runways until 10:45 pm, the Federal Aviation Administration said. New York Governor Kathy Hochul said that the incidents of drones being reported have "gone too far".
