Dropbox to buy eSignature startup HelloSign for $230 million

American online file-sharing platform Dropbox has entered into an agreement to acquire electronic signature startup HelloSign for $230 million. The all-cash deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2019. Founded by Joseph Walla and Neal O'Mara, the US-based startup HelloSign also offers digital workflow and electronic fax solutions to manage business transactions.
