Drowning puppy saved after fisherman performs CPR in Thailand

A fisherman in Thailand rescued a drowning puppy and performed CPR to bring it back to life. The fisherman spotted something floating in the water and used his phone's camera to identify the struggling puppy. After nearly 40 seconds of CPR, the puppy got back on its feet and shook the water off its coat.
