US President Donald Trump on Tuesday signed an executive order classifying fentanyl- a synthetic opioid that's driving an overdose crisis- as a "weapon of mass destruction". The phrase has typically been used for nuclear, biological, chemical or kinetic threats, which cause overwhelming, lasting damage. "No bomb does what this is doing," said Trump, while signing the order.
