Drug trafficking can't flourish without police support: Punjab Guv

Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria said that he believes drug trafficking cannot flourish without the involvement of the police and the administration. "The police have acted against some black sheep, but that has not been enough," Kataria added. He said extortion has become a very serious concern in Punjab, adding, "Corruption has seeped into the top rungs of the administration."
