Drug use suspected after people bark, strip naked in US town

Several people barked like dogs, broke into buildings, stripped and showered in soda water recently in United States' Sullivan town, said the police. Arresting two people, the police said man-made drug Flakka was believed to be the cause of the erratic behaviour. The police added that the people were "acting out of their minds."
