Drunk ASI caught flashing private parts on camera outside Amritsar DC office, probe on

An Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI), who was under influence of alcohol, stripped off his pants and began shouting insults in front of the camera outside the DC office in Amritsar. An internal investigation has been initiated against him. It has been reported that he was taken into custody and when his condition improved, he claimed he consumed alcohol provided by relatives.
