Drunk Asst BDO runs over 3 minors with car in Uttarakhand, 1 dies

A drunk government official ran his car over three minor girls, killing one and injuring the other two, in Uttarakhand's Nainital district, police said. The girls were returning from the Uttarayani fair on Monday when the incident took place. The accused has been apprehended by police and has been identified as Bhupendra Singh, an Assistant Block Development Officer(BDO) of Kotabag.
